  • When will my item be dispatched?

    We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 days of cleared payment, in busy times this can be extended to 3-5 days, but you will receive email notification upon dispatch

  • Can I Track my delivery?

  • Can I return an unwanted item?

  • How long does a refund take?

    As soon as we receive your item we will process the return within 2 working days, and the refund will be automatically processed back to the method payment was made.

Alternatively you can email us at enquiries@abcdecor.co.uk our emails are monitored 7 days a week, and we aim to respond within 24 hours, but this could be extended to 2 days in busy periods

  • What if my item arrives damaged?

    In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we will ask for some pictures of the damaged item and packaging as you received it, this enables us to raise a claim with the courier. Once the pictures have been received we will replace any damaged parts without delay.
